Move well with Dan aims to provide you with a comprehensive framework to get your body's core joints moving and working better. The focus is not on how much you lift but on how well you move. You can expect to find your posture improve, your movement quality improve, and you may have alleviation of some common muscoskeletal pain. “Hi, my name’s Dan. I was an office worker, hiker and gym enthusiast. Following a mountain accident that dislocated my left elbow, foot surgery and subsequent recurring injuries in my ankles, knees, hips and shoulders - I set about to find the root cause of my problems - chair sitting.
